How to make header

Well,I use paint to make a header.
Step1:Open paint, Select the pictures you want
Step2:Select the bucket, choose a colour and click on the background
step3:open another paint, and paint the backgrouund of your picture (with the same colour you choosen
step4: You fonts to make your title.
And there you have your header.
